Your Material. Your Story. Our Craft.

From urban removals to finished installs, our process honors the story of every tree.

We rescue urban and orchard trees and turn them into repeatable, specification-grade architectural materials. Every step protects the wood’s character while delivering predictable performance for architects, designers, and builders.

  • Tree Removed

  • Rough Milling & Kiln Drying

  • Milling into Products

  • Final Finishing & QA

  • Delivery & Install

  • Salvage & Documentation

We work with cities, arborists, and landowners to rescue trees, photograph and tag material on-site, and capture provenance records for projects that require chain-of-custody.

  • Transport, Rough Mill & Sorting

Logs are moved to our yard, rough-milled to billets, and sorted by species, color, and yield. We map defects and recommend best uses for each piece.

  • Kiln Drying & Moisture Control

Our kiln-dried lumber is carefully conditioned to target moisture levels, improving dimensional stability and minimizing movement. Detailed moisture test records are available upon request.

  • Precision Milling & Fabrication

Stabilized stock is machined to profiles and assemblies—T&G tambour panels, miter-locked box beams, linear slat panels, and more—using CNC and knife tooling to ensure repeatable parts and clean installation details.

  • Finish, QA & Packout

We match specs and samples, perform dimensional and moisture QA, and package items as prefab or shop-ready kits to simplify installation

  • Delivery, Install Support & Aftercare

Products are shipped with installation notes, recommended fasteners and blocking, and optional on-site support for complex installations.

You’re not just choosing wood. You’re choosing a legacy.
